HELLO! I’M KEVIN DINH
ONLINE RESUME
I am an all-around creative marketer. I am currently seeking a career in marketing. I love to spend time fixing the little details in all the projects I pursue. Also, I like to work in a team, as it helps me learn faster and ensures all our work is bulletproof.

MY EXPERIENCE
Roles & Responsibilities
Feb 2018 - Current
HOST & SERVER, CHA AN TEAHOUSE
Working as a host and server I have greeted and interacted with many customers entering and leaving the restaurant and behind the scene, I assisted the Head Manager in marketing materials to help improve customer satisfaction. I am also knowledgeable in over 100 different varieties and preparation of tea
Jan 2017 - Feb 2018
FUNDRAISER & EVENTS INTERN, RESCUING LEFTOVER CUISINE
While working at RLC I solicited over 200 individual emails per week for charitable donations for our Winter Fundraiser with a 80% success rate. I also coordinated event planning for quarterly events. I also helped fundraised over $50,000 during the Winter Gala. As our outreach, we would go out during or after our workdays to collect and deliver excess food to the less fortunate.
EDUCATION
My Studies
August 2007 - May 2011
MERCY COLLEGE
I studied General Business as I wanted to start my own business. Until my Sophmore year of college, IÂ meet my Marketing professor who taught me the wonders of using my brain to be the most creative that I can be. I would learn about B2B, B2C, SEO, Digital Marketing and more. These courses taught me about the mechanisms of marketing, why it was crucial to the identity of the company, and how it to use it effectively as possible.
January 2011 - May 2013
AUTOMOTIVE HIGH SCHOOL
I graduated High School as Valedictorian, where I enjoyed doing automotive mechanics and business. By my junior year of college, my school offered a program from Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship where we would create our own business plan and compete in a regional business plan competition. I made it to the semifinals with my plan. This helped further concrete my desire to get into business.
September 2014 - June 2016
NETWORK FOR TEACHING ENTREPRENEURSHIP
NFTE is a non-profit organization that works with students to build business plans so that they can use it in real life to build a business. I got accepted into the regional business competition and made it to the semi-finals. Later I would become a pilot student for their StartUp Summer program, which we would use our business plans and create an actual business with NFTE providing the resources necessary to help us build the business. The business I created was "Era Evolution" which was an automotive business that wanted to develop a vehicle that would use carbon dioxide pollutions to help drive the vehicle and reduce carbon emission footprint in the world. The business lasted until my junior year of college. I hope one day to revive the business name and build a successful business out of it.

WHEELS CONNOISSEUR
SPEED ISN'T ALWAYS THE ANSWER
Driving a 1984 Land Cruiser FJ60 or riding a rebuilt 1971 Honda CB550 Cafe Racer is always my kind of a good idea. But spending time to repair or getting my hands dirty to build one is a good hobby of mine.
COOKING ART
COOKING WITH PASSION
I found my peace in cooking at a young age and I still cook as a pass time event for myself these days. I hope that one day I could get the chance to open my own restaurant and share the food I make with the world.

FRESH FARMING
GROWING HUMANELY
As much as I want to cook good food. IÂ want to know what I put in my food and knowing how it is grown. So starting my farm and growing my food is something I passionately strive after.
ABOUT ME
DREAMING ABOUT BEING A STORYTELLER
From a young age, I’ve always had a sense of motivation and passion driving me forward. Whether it’s exploring unique opportunities, learning additional skills, or meeting new people, I bring these values to every experience throughout my life on a personal and professional level

Inspired by my parent's work ethics as entrepreneurs. I started my business adventures with a non-profit organization called Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) in 2011, I took part in their business competition making it to the semifinals. I then continued with another NFTE program called "Start-Up Summer" as a pilot student which helped me launch my first business "Era Evolution" which lasted until 2014.
